There are certain Zara trends and pieces that really resonate with a fashion crowd, and this season there are six items that we’ve noticed editors and influencers are buying into. Many of these are reflective of the trends we are seeing dominate across the board for spring/summer 2019, including all-beige outfits and strappy barely there stiletto sandals.
There are other pieces, however, that Zara is really taking to a whole other level of popularity. Organza is the one that seems the most Zara this year, as the high-street brand has created beautiful blouses, trench coats, dresses and even cardigans using this delicate, seemingly impractical fabric. The organza blouse with an oversized bow at the collar, in particular, has been our favourite Zara item of 2019 and a regular feature on our Instagram feeds.
Tie-dye is another popular spring trend that Zara has really thrown its weight behind. Another cult Zara product of 2019 is an azure-blue midi with a subtle tie-dye effect that feels particularly premium, even convincing those who would normally go nowhere near tie-dye (including our Editor in Chief Hannah Almassi). Zara has taken a whimsical turn this season with its generous offering of organza pieces. From sheer-sleeved cardis to dramatic neck-tie tops, this is one trend that is guaranteed to elevate any outfit. We particularly love the bright pink and vibrant green organza pieces.
The leading shoe trend of 2019 is hands down strappy sandals. Zara has an amazing collection, with flat and heeled options.
Trouser suits are a key buy for summer 2019 and Zara has suiting in mood-lifting colours like bubble-gum pink and soft blues.
One of the standout trends for spring/summer 2019 is beige, which is to be worn head to toe, layering oatmeal, biscuit, blush and off-white shades.
Zara is never afraid of tackling adventurous trends, and this year, it’s taking on tie-dye in a big way. The below T-shirt is one of our favourite pieces.
Sometimes you can’t beat a nice top and jeans, and Zara’s new-in section at the moment has lots of lovely satin blouses and floral-printed shirts.
